2. Description of Service

ChefChef is an AI-powered platform that converts YouTube cooking videos into structured, personalized cooking guidelines. The service is available as both a web application and mobile app (iOS/Android) and includes:

• Free Tier: Basic recipe analysis, recipe library access, favorites management
• Premium Subscription: Priority recipe analysis, hands-free voice control with speech recognition, AI-powered recipe Q&A, offline access, ad-free experience, on-screen cooking timer (monthly and annual options available)
• Consumable Credits: One-time purchase credits to unlock premium features for individual recipes
• Platform Support: Web browser, iOS mobile app, Android mobile app
• Multi-language support: Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, English
• Recipe Translation: AI-powered translation of recipes to your preferred language
• History Tracking: View history, cooking history (recipes marked as cooked)

3. User Account and Registration

ChefChef is an independent service and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, or any YouTube content creators. The recipes displayed on this platform are AI-generated interpretations based on publicly available YouTube videos and may differ from the original content.

5.2 Content Creator Rights

If you are a YouTube content creator and wish to have your content removed from our platform, please contact us through our Contact page and select "Creator Content Removal Request". We will process removal requests within 7 business days upon verification of channel ownership.

5.3 AI-Generated Content Notice

All recipes on this platform are generated by artificial intelligence based on video content. These recipes:

• May contain errors or inaccuracies
• Are not reviewed or endorsed by the original video creators
• Should not be considered official representations of the original content
• Are provided for informational purposes only

5.4 DMCA Compliance

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.
