• Free tier: Basic recipe analysis, play/stop voice control
• Premium subscription ($3.99/month): Priority recipe analysis, advanced voice control, offline access, ad-free experience, on-screen timer
• Multi-language support (Chinese, Japanese, English)

3. User Account and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Submit videos you do not own or have permission to process
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the AI analysis system
• Submit inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content

5. Content and Intellectual Property

6. Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $3.99/month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

7. Service Limitations

Our service has certain limitations:

• Cannot process live streams
• Videos over 30 minutes may timeout
• Some YouTube videos may block subtitle extraction
• Processing times: Free users (3-12 hours), Premium users (30 minutes)

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
